TORSION tent stake

A lightweight but strong, spiral, thick, y-peg tent stake made from 7075 aluminium alloy. Pack contains 4 black tent stakes with red string and a storage bag.

With its screw-like shape, the TORSION tent stake is perfect for securing your tent in soft, boggy or sandy ground, as well as hard ground (we tested them this summer!). The spiral y-peg peg naturally twists as it enters the ground, generating greater friction than standard y-pegs and helping to anchor your shelter, even in windy or wet conditions. The TORSION stake is ideal for corner peg-outs, with IMPALER stakes used on the rest of the peg-out points. However, you can use TORSION stakes on all points if you’re camping in extremely soft ground and want extra reassurance.

Despite their larger size, TORSION tent stakes are lightweight, weighing just 25g each, so won't add unnecessary weight to your pack.

TORSION tent stakes are manufactured from 7075 aluminium alloy, which is very strong and can withstand the knocks and twists experienced when driving your tent stakes into the ground. This resistance to fatigue is what makes this material ideal for tent stakes.
